A: Employment Options Inc.'s services are free to our applicants and to our employees. Employment Options is here to provide an additional avenue and resource for job applicants to pursue their next career.
Q: Do you guarantee placement?
A: Our committment to our clients is to place the most qualified employee for their needs at that particular time. All of our clients request different skill sets and educational requirements. We are not able to guarantee that every applicant will match the qualifications for the openings that we have at the time. It is a great way to open more opportunities for job seekers, but we cannot guarantee placement.
Q: I am currently employed and do not wish for my employer to know I am searching for a position. Are the job searches confidential?
A: Employment Options will never release your personal information to ANY client without your express permission. We respect the privacy of our employees and value the trust that they place with our agency.
Q: Do I have a choice in the job opportunities that are offerred to me?
A: Yes. All of our employees have the right to turn down any job for any reason. When Employment Options makes a job offer we strive to provide you with as much information regarding wage, company history, job duties, safety, and placement status as possible so that you are able to make an informed decision. We understand that starting a new job or career is an important decision for our employees.
Q: What steps do I need to do in order to apply with your company?
A: Our company believes that a face-to-face interview is the best way to evaluate your needs. For this reason an applicant will not be considered eligible for placement until the application and interview are conducted. We will allow exceptions for applicants who reside a significant distance away and will then conduct phone interviews in lieu of "in-person" interviews.
